Clare wrote us a ceremony that was wonderfully warm, had a great balance between humour and poignancy and really felt like it was “us”. Many guests said afterwards that our ceremony had been ‘beautiful’, ‘joyful’ and one guest said of all the many marriage ceremonies he’d seen in his life, ours was the best. She was an absolute joy to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a personal touch for their ceremony and day. Before getting engaged I’d never have thought that we’d go with a celebrant- led ceremony, but in hindsight we know we absolutely made the right call. She hit the balance between lyricism, solemnity and humour perfectly.
